                         Resource 8; Google Classroom

Google Classroom is an effective resource as it saves time and paper, and makes it easy to create classes, distribute assignments, communicate, and stay organized. It fits into the section of "Collaborate, share and exchange" under "Communicating with IT" because of its nature of an online space for students and teacher to do exactly that; collaborate, share and exchange ideas.

Teachers can quickly see who has or hasn't completed the work, and provide direct, real-time feedback and grades right in Classroom. The Google Classroom stream may not be as scary as the physical class environment for introvert learners given that teachers find creative ways to encourage every member of the class to express themselves by asking questions and commenting on what is being discussed. (Yeskel, 2014)

                        Resource 9; Wordpress

"Wordpress" is included in capability 3, “Communicating with ICT” and will help students to be digital citizens that “collaborate, share and exchange” ideas online (Acara, 2014).

WordPress is a digital platform that encourages communication via the web, and in its nature provides a space for students to document their own work whilst communicating with others about their work. Cooperation and engagement are two main features of this resource (Kantrowitz, 2014). Wordpress could be used in any KLA in high school and would particularly be beneficial in English and History where students write.  (Roblyer & Doering, 2014).
